Kathleen H. Rezkalla

East Schodack- Kathleen H. Rezkalla, 65, of East Schodack passed away at St. Peter's Hospital on Thursday, August 29, 2024. Kathleen was born in Albany to the late Robert Sweet and Harriette (Bailey) Roberts. She was a graduate of Maple Hill High School and worked for the New York State Department of Tax and Finance. Kathleen was gifted artistically. She enjoyed crafting and drawing. Kathleen loved decorating the inside and outside of her home. She also was a gifted jewelry maker and cook. Kathleen was a very warm, sweet, and caring person.

Kathleen was predeceased by her father, Robert Sweet.

Kathleen is survived by her husband, Rafik Rezkalla; her mother, Harriette (Bailey) Roberts; her children, Jason (Brianna) Mabb and Heather (Robert) Mabb; her brother, Kevin Sweet; as well as her several grandchildren and niece and nephew.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Kathleen's family on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at the Castleton Funeral Home, 59 Seaman Ave. Castleton, NY 12033. Inurnment will immediately follow the visitation period at Horizon View Cemetery, Brookview Station Rd. Castleton, NY 12033.
