Harry D. Sheldon, Jr.

Harry D. Sheldon, Jr., of Tennessee and formerly of Castleton, passed away on April 20, 2026, at the age of 60. He was born on December 5, 1965, to Harry D. Sheldon, Sr. and Barbara Sheldon.

Harry was a graduate of Maple Hill High School and was employed as a truck driver. He married Gail on June 14, 2003, in Schodack, NY.

Harry loved his family above everything else. He had a passion for his cars and motorcycles. He was a brother to all he knew and a true friend to everyone.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Brittany (John) of Castleton, Amanda of Saratoga, Harry III of Nassau, Joshua of Tennessee, and Autumn (Tommy) of Syracuse; his grandchildren, John Jr., Ronnie, Leiam, Ariella, Avery, Michael, Derrek, and the late Carter; his siblings, Brenda (Joe) Hacker of Castleton, Barbara (Dave) Sheldon of Castleton, and Sue Truesell of Pennsylvania; and his niece, Erica and nephew, Joey.

Inurnment will take place at a date and time to be determined at Horizon View Cemetery in Castleton-on-Hudson, NY.
