Blanche Rogers

Rogers, Blanche (Beerle) 93 years old – went home to be with the Lord on Monday, June 6, 2016 . Born in Albany on January 15, 1923 she was the daughter of the late Charles and Esther Beerle. She was predeceased by her husband Lewis F. Rogers in 2004; brothers George, Charles and James; and her sister Esther.

She is the mother of Judith Long (Robert), Diane Morgan, David Rogers and Bruce Rogers (Gloria); and a special son Nobuo Chibana (Sharon) from LaFayette, IN. Blanche also leaves behind her sister-in-law Gloria Beerle; her 6 loving grandchildren and 21 precious great grandchildren; and many nephews and nieces; and her very dear friend Emma Purdy.

There will be a Memorial Service scheduled at the convenience of the family.

Her family gives thanks to all the caregivers for Blanche. They were the ‘angels in her life’ helping her along her life’s journey at home, and then at Riverside Center, when she could no longer care for herself.
