Beverly J. (Heald) Ingalls

Clifton Park- Beverly Jane (Heald) Ingalls, aged 95, died on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at her home in Clifton Park, New York. She was born July 10, 1929, in Kinderhook, New York to Irving Day Heald and Dorothy Winthrop (Harris) Heald (later Landry). She was predeceased by her former husband; parents; stepmother, Marguerite Dexheimer; stepfather, Arthur F. Landry; older sister, Mary Ruth (Heald) Dean (Lloyd Billet); younger half-brother, Ronald Winthrop Landry and his wife, Naomi Rebecca (Whitcomb) Landry. After meeting at Castleton High School, Beverly married Harvey Potter Ingalls in Albany, New York on November 24, 1949. They welcomed five children, Denise Marion (Robert A. King), Keith Steven (Toni Ann Fusaro), Richard Dennis (Lynn Kuhman), Philip Harvey (Mary Jane LeBlanc), and Joyce Caryl (Richard J. Doll). Beverly is survived by her five children, four granddaughters, Kisha Mae, Cortny Rene, Dorothy Rae (Philip's daughters) and Lora Beverly Whitney Koch (Joyce's daughter). She has three great-grandchildren (Alexis, Kaitlyn and Colton) whose parents are Lora and John Koch. Beverly also has many step grandchildren and great grandchildren. Family was the most important part of Beverly's life. She was the most devoted mother, wife, daughter, sister, cousin, aunt, niece and grandmother that anyone could wish to have in their life. 

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Beverly's family on Monday, October 14, 2024, from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Castleton Funeral Home, 59 Seaman Ave. Castleton, NY 12033. A funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., at the funeral home. Inurnment will immediately follow in Mountain View Cemetery, 46-50 Scott Ave. Castleton, NY 12033.
